The most popular and talked about film Mission impossible is coming back with a new punch. Narcos fame Wagner Moura will play the lead in the movie.

Wagner Moura is a Brazilian actor who is best known for his role as Pablo Escobar in the Netflix series 'Narcos'. The upcoming project of mission impossible will be directed by Brian De Palma's.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cast of the film, titled ‘Sweet Vengeance', is scheduled to start shooting in early 2019 in Uruguay's capital city, Montevideo.

De Palma's next project will be Sweet Vengeance after his crime thriller, Domino, is inspired by two true stories of murders.

Before playing the role in Narcos, Moura had received international recognition with Jose Padilha's 'Elite Squad' Saga, following which he was cast in Hollywood with a secondary role in Neil Blomkamp's 2013 sci-fi film, Elysium.

According to sources the actor passed on a role in Wonder Woman 2, allegedly due to schedule conflicts with the shooting of his own directorial debut, 'Marighella'.

Well, we will wait to see the Narcos actor Wagner Moura to play the lead in Mission Impossible. The movie will go on boards soon.
