About 1 year ago, a 24-year-old model had filed a case against the web series 'Gandi Baat' fame actress-model Gehana Vashistha, alleging rape. Now those arrested in this case include production co-ordinators Naresh Pal, Salim Syed, Abdul Syed and Aman Barnalwal.

Gehana Vashistha was the producer and director of this movie. In this case, she has also spent the rounds of jail. Presently he is out on bail. In July last year, the model had claimed herself as a gangrape victim and alleged that she was also being sexually abused on the pretext of giving her work in a movie. The model had said in the complaint that Gehana Vashisht had said that her character was that of a queen and the character of Raja was going to be played by a gay boy Akash. The victim was assured that the shooting was going to be completely clothed.

However, during the shooting, three dwarfs took off her clothes and sexually assaulted her while the camera was on. When the woman told Gehna about this, she had said that they have invested 10 lakh rupees for this shoot, so all this has to be done. Then a boy named Akash also made physical relation with her. Later that video was also uploaded on Nueflix, after which the woman filed a case. The shooting took place in Mud Island. If the news is to be believed, in February 2021, Gehana Vashisht was also accused of forcibly shooting a pornographic movie, rape. After which the jewel was taken into custody and sent to jail. She was in Byculla jail for 5 months.
