Gwalior: Recently a shocking case has come out from Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. Actually, the neighbor did not like the barking of a dog here and he killed the dog by beating him. In this case, the dog's mistress complained to the police and after receiving the complaint, the police has registered a case against the accused under Section 429 of animal slaughter. As per the information received in this case, Chhaya Tomar, who lives in Ramkala Nagar of Murar police station, has accused Pardesi of beating the dog.

In this case, the woman said that 'On Saturday afternoon, her dog was standing at the door and barking. Meanwhile, the neighbor came with his companions and took Chhotu away. After that everyone beat him up.' Apart from this, the woman also said, 'She went to the hospital with unconscious Chhotu but she succumbed in the hospital late in the night.' The woman registered a case in this case on Sunday afternoon.

The woman reached the Murar police station with the dog's body but the police refused to write a report there. After that Chhaya reached the police station along with other women, then the police wrote a report against the accused. In this case, in-charge of Muran police station, Ajay Pawar said that on the complaint of the woman, a case has been registered against the accused under section 429 of animal killing. The police is now taking action in this matter.
