In the meantime, the snake catcher, Tiranjan Panda, was rushed to the spot when he received a letter not to kill the newborn cobra snakes. A dozen snakes were lying in the godown. The snakes were rescued and sent to the forest.
The same incident took place at Jajpur district of Odisha where the newborn snake were seen in a godown hall at B Riza Haat. According to the information received, when the salesman saw two snake children walking near the carton box in the godown of B Riza Haat, they called the snake catcher.
When Tiranjan Panda, who caught the snakes when he received a information through the phone call, reached the spot, there were 10 to 12 cobra newborn snake. The snake were caught and kept in a box. Thereafter, these snakes were released in the forest. There was relief after the snakes were released into the forest, but fear still persists. It is not yet clear from where these snakes came from now the matter is being investigated so that no such incident can not happen again in the future.
