Mathura: Farmers have been agitating on the Delhi border for the past many days in protest against the three new agricultural laws brought by the Narendra Modi government at the center. On the other hand, some farmers are destroying the crops standing in their fields in protest against these laws. One such recent case has come to light from the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh. Here a farmer destroyed his four acres of crop.

This is the case of Umrava village under Mathura district. National Lok Dal (RLD) state vice-president Kunwar Narendra Singh while speaking to the media said, "After the consent of the villagers, we have destroyed the four-acre standing wheat crop." During this, he claimed that this step of farmers will cause a huge shortage of food grains in the country, forcing the government to import.

He said that to prevent farmers from taking such suicidal steps, the Narendra Modi government at the Center should repeal all three agricultural laws without any delay. So at the same time, one farmer Pappu said that if the government does not listen to the farmers, then the farmers will be forced to commit suicide as well. At the same time, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Hanuman Maurya said that no such case has come to his notice.
