In a shocking and surprising incident, a teacher from Rajasthan’s Bharatpur underwent a gender-affirming surgery and married his student thereafter as she was in love with the student. The teacher Aarav Kuntal, who underwent the surgery, said he had always wished to change his gender. Aarav had his first surgery to this end in December of 2019.

According to the information Kalpana, who was Aarav’s student and is now married to him, expressed her full support for him. A gender-affirming surgery, also referred to as a sex reassignment surgery, is one wherein a trans person’s sexual characteristics are altered to accurately reflect their gender identity. In an interview Kalpana said, “I loved him from the beginning. Even if he had not done this surgery, I would have married him. I went along with him for the surgery."  As per information she turns frome Meera Kuntal to Aarav Kuntal, got his student to change his gender in the affair of love and married him on November 4 as a ritual.

This case is being told of Deeg, Bharatpur. Meera Kuntal, a teacher in Government Secondary School here, Nagla Moti, has now become Aarav Kuntal (boy) after gender change. Aarav Kuntal is a resident of Badesara village of Deeg. Aarav's father Veeri Singh told that Meera was the youngest of his four daughters, who now became Aarav. Aarav is now tying Rakhi as a sister and nephew calls him as Mama. Her gesture was like boys.  Therefore she changed her gender.

Meera decided to change their gender in the year 2019 by taking her parents along. The surgery process of gender change started at Olvec Hospital, Delhi, which lasted till the year 2021. Kalpana fell in love for Aarav, who was his coach for 3 years,  After that, on 4 November 2022, with the consent of the families of Kalpana and Aarav, both of them tied the knot with traditional Hindu rituals in a marriage garden in Deeg.

The groom, who became Aarav from Meera after getting a gender change, told that he is a teacher in a government school. Kalpana, a student of the same village, was good at playing. They fell in love. They tied the knot two days ago.
