Mathura: The hearing is going to be held again today in the court of Mathura in the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute case. Today a stay on the removal of evidence from the royal mosque is scheduled to be heard. Apart from this, the court is also going to hear the appointment of the Admin Commission. The previous hearing was held in the court of the senior civil judge by the chairman of the Sri Krishna Janma Bhoomi Mukti Andolan Samiti and others, who claimed 13.37 acres of Khasra Katra Keshavdev of Sri Krishna's birthplace. Today's date was given for hearing in the court on the stay demand against the removal of evidence in the royal mosque Idgah.

Another case will be heard on April 2: Apart from this, another case has been registered on the ownership of 13.37 acres of land situated at Katra Keshav Dev, Sri Krishna's birthplace. The court is scheduled to hear the matter on April 2. In this case, also, four including Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board Chairman, Shahi Idgah Management Committee, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust, and Sri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sansthan have been made defendants.

District government advocate Shivaram Singh Tarkar said, "Dinesh Sharma, National Treasurer of All India Hindu Mahasabha has filed a complaint in the court of civil judge (senior class) Neha Badhoutia, claiming himself as a devotee. Keshavdevji has sought ownership over the said land. They have demanded the cancellation of the agreement between Temple and Idgah parties in this matter in 1967. Advocate Deepak Devki Nandan Sharma of the plaintiff side said that a case has been filed in the court of civil judge. The next hearing for the case will be on April 2.
