Chandigarh: A husband broke up the relationship by divorcing the mother (wife) of two children by giving triple talaq after opposing unnatural relations in a village under Ferozepur Jhirka in Noah district of Haryana. The victim woman has sent a complaint letter in this case to the state CM Manohar Lal, demanding strict action against her husband. In the complaint sent to CM Khattar, the aggrieved woman pleaded for justice, saying that her marriage took place in 2010 with a resident of Ilahi Jyotri police station Gopalgarh district Bharatpur as per Muslim custom.
According to the woman, her husband and his family used to harass her repeatedly for dowry. Meanwhile, my two children were born, but the atrocity of the husband and his family did not diminish towards me. The woman said that two months ago she was forced to come to her maternal home, after that on September 2, her husband came to the maternal house and after finding her alone in the house he tried to force her.
The woman said that the accused forcibly established an unnatural relationship with her, despite knowing that she had menstruation. I completely broke down in this process. The husband forced again. On refusal, the husband gave her triple talaq. The victim has sent a complaint to CM Manoharlal, seeking strict legal action against her husband and pleading for justice.
