In terms of range, Toyota stated that the front-wheel-drive version would have a cruising range of 500 kilometres while the all-wheel-drive version will have a range of roughly 460 kilometres. The new Toyota bZX4 EV is a mid-size SUV with a sleek and contemporary external appearance. Customers will be able to pick between traditional-shaped steering and wing-shaped steering with a steer-by-wire technology Toyota refers to as a One-motion grip on the inside. This will give the user with extra legroom, increased driving position freedom, and simplicity of access and egress, according to the carmaker. According to the manufacturer, it provides a superior steering experience and allows the user to adjust steering characteristics through driving mode selection. Toyota joined the worldwide electrification industry with the introduction of the bZ4X EV and expects to release seven additional bZ models by 2025.
