At the presentation of I / O 2019 , Google announced a significant expansion of the list of devices on which you can download the beta version of Android Q. If you previously tested it only on Pixel models, now another 15 models from different manufacturers are included in the list of compatible smartphones.

By participating in the Android beta program, you will be among the first to receive and test new OS features. In the case of Pixel smartphones, you can install Android Q Beta “over the air” by registering with a testing program. For other devices, you will need to download firmware images from the official manufacturer's websites. All links to them are collected on Google.

The official release of Android Q is expected in the third quarter of 2019. Up to this point three more beta versions of the system will be released.
