Arjun Kapoor's box office record with films ‘Ki & Ka’, ‘Half Girlfriend’ and ‘Mubarakan’ are decent. This is a reason why the filmmakers now want to sign Arjun for their films. As per the rumours, Arjun has been approached for the lead role in ‘Farzi’ opposite Kriti Sanon, who’s last project was ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’.

Reveals the source, “Arjun and the directors have had three meetings to discuss the film in the last one month and recently discussed the script too. The actor is yet to sign on the dotted line but will be on board soon. Raj and DK have been busy with promotions of their action film, the Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez-starrer A Gentleman. Once they are done with that, they will take the discussions on the new film forward.”

Raj didn’t clearly state about this and said, “We have been super busy with A Gentleman so we haven’t had time to sit on Farzi yet. We should get to it early next month.”
