Midnapore (West Bengal) [India], July 16 (NT):  A portion of the tent in Prime minister Narendra Modi’s public meeting in Midnapore, West Bengal collapsed during his speech today. PM instructed the SPG personnel to look after the people and attend to any injured.

According to reports, there are no reports of any casualty. The reason behind this incident could not find yet. PM later met those injured, in hospital. 

Some reports claim 22 people injured due to tant collapse.

Worth mention here Several injured after a portion of tent in PM Narendra Modi’s rally in Midnapore collapsed during his speech today. 

 In his address PM Modi said There is 'murder your opponents' syndicate in West Bengal,  PM Modi lashed out about syndicate policy.

He alleged that The real face of 'Ma Mati Manush' is for everyone to see. He also said that Nothing can happen in West Bengal without the permission of this syndicate.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered his address to a Krishak Kalyan Samavesh (farmer's welfare rally) on Monday at Midnapore town in West Bengal.

The prime meeting point of the address was on the Centre's current decision to boost the Minimum Support Price (MSP) of Kharif crops.

West Bengal Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Dilip Ghosh said that the prime minister's public meeting in Midnapore proves that Bengal is one of their top main concern states in the Lok Sabha poll.

In his address PM Modi hailed his government initiatives for farmers .
