Hyderabad: A serial killer who murdered a woman after she was subjected to a physical relationship has been arrested by Hyderabad and Rachchanda police. According to police, the arrested accused has so far implicated 16 women in his trap and murdered them.
Serial killer Minat Ramulu has been arrested by Hyderabad and Rachchlonda police in a joint operation. Police said that the accused have so far killed 16 women. He has been arrested 21 times in different cases. He has also been sentenced twice. Moreover, the accused has also been sentenced to life imprisonment once. According to the information, the accused was the first to commit murder in 2003, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2011.
During the sentencing, Ramulu escaped from Erragadda Mental Hospital. Even at that time, the case was filed against him. The ancestral village of Ramulu is the village of Arutala under Kandi mandal of Sangareddy district. He used to work for stone cutting in Hyderabad. Cases have been registered in several police stations on Ramulu. The psycho killer has been arrested by Hyderabad police and Ratchkanda police. Accused Ramulu has been booked for 16 murders, four robberies and one escape from police custody.
