Renowned entertainment actor Naseeruddin Shah was admitted to the hospital last week due to pneumonia. He was discharged from the hospital on Wednesday morning. The actor's son Vivaan Shah shared his photos on social media. The photos also show Naseeruddin along with his wife Ratna Pathak Shah.

Vivaan shared photos on her Instagram stories. In the first photo, Naseeruddin Shah can be seen standing by his bed in an orange T-shirt and white track pants. A caption above the photo read 'Homecoming.' In the second picture Naseeruddin Shah can be seen doing something on his mobile while Ratna Pathak Shah is sitting on the bed and busy doing something. Giving an update on Naseeruddin's health, Vivaan wrote, 'He got leave this morning.'

'Bandish Bandits' actor Naseeruddin Shah was admitted to the hospital on June 29 and confirmed by his manager. The manager was quoted as saying, 'Naseeruddin was admitted to the hospital on June 29, but is now healthy. He has a patch of pneumonia on his lungs and is undergoing treatment. They may get leave today or tomorrow. Ratna also said, 'He is absolutely healthy. He has a small patch on his lungs which he is treating. Hopefully, he should be discharged by tomorrow.'
