A shocking incident reported from Dandepalli mandal centre in Telangana, here a woman ended her life by hanging herself. Let us share that she was bluster by her husband for being addicted to tobacco chewing. She was a mother of two daughters.
As per police, Dandepalli Sub-Inspector Srikanth said the deceased woman was Enagandula Jyothi (30), her two daughters aged below 5 and husband name is Satyanarayana. They lived in Dandepalli mandal headquarters. Jyoti’s brother G Ranjith Kumar stated in a complaint lodged with local police “My sister and brother-in-law used to fight with each other over her addition to tobacco chewing she developed quite long ago. She was depressed when her husband as usual warned her to quit the habit on Saturday too,”.
Here it is to be noted that Jyothi resorted to the extreme step when she was disheartened after Satyanarayana admonished her against her addiction to tobacco chewing, considering the adverse impact it would have on her health. She committed suicide when her husband was not at home. Her eldest daughter noticed the body and informed the neighbors who in turn alerted the woman’s parents.
