Aaliyah Kashyap, a daughter of Anurag Kashyap, a filmmaker, has declared her engagement to Shane Gregoire. Khushi Kapoor, Aaliyah's closest friend, expressed her delight.
Aaliyah, the daughter of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, recently uploaded a new vlog to her YouTube account, in which she revealed how her boyfriend Shane Gregoire prepared for his proposal. Aaliyah, a social media influencer, and Shane announced their engagement on their own Instagram profiles earlier this week when they were vacationing in Bali.
Aaliyah Kashyap, the daughter of the director Anurag Kashyap, announced her engagement to Shane Gregoire on Instagram. In one of the photos, Aaliyah flashed her enormous diamond ring. Aaliyah just uploaded two new vlogs to her YouTube account, one of which details how Shane intended to propose to Aaliyah. Aaliyah revealed that her engagement ring was her "dream ring" in another video blog, showing off a close-up of the piece.
Aaliyah commended Shane for covertly organizing everything in her last vlog, including ordering her "dream ring" online, getting assistance from a friend, and even managing to capture the occasion on camera. In his personal vlogs, Shane recorded the entire procedure and stated, “More than anything, I want it to be intimate. Just me an Aaliyah. I don’t want to do anything big and grand. That’s not my style, and I don’t think it’s Aaliyah’s either. Just want to keep it super personal, and have to figure out a way to get that filmed, because I think it’s too special of a moment to not have filmed, that we can show our children…”
The proposal that Shane made to Aaliyah is shown in the video. As they approached a rice paddy with Aaliyah, he fastened a camera to the scooter. Then, as he approaches her from behind, he appears to surprise her by kneeling down and popping the question. Aaliyah broke down and was spotted sobbing. She then gave Shane a hug and kiss. Aaliyah said in the video, "We were both crying a lot yesterday. I sobbed nonstop for three hours. Watch the video down below!
Aaliyah showed off her massive diamond ring while complimenting Shane on a job well done. She also discussed Shane's secrecy around the proposal and insisted that they go watch the sunset.

He did such a good job. But obviously, I didn't vlog after my nails yesterday because he picked me up and he was like 'we need to go. I found this really cool sunset spot' and I was like ‘Okay sure’. And then we went for the sunset and he kept rushing me to get ready and he was driving like a madman because the sun was almost setting. I was so confused like 'Why are you driving like a crazy person?' and then we got there and it was just the sweetest
