Bollywood actor Aamir Khan always remains in discussions due to some thing. But this time not the actor but her daughter Ira Khan is in the discussions, in fact she made her directorial debut last year, and has made a shocking reveal in her Instagram video.
Ira has revealed that she has been "medically depressed" and has been battling depression for over four years. On World Mental Health Day (10 October), Ira Khan shared the video, in which he told about his mental health fight.
Ira started the video and said,
"Hi, I'm depressed. I have been for more than four years now. I've been to a doctor and I'm clinically depressed. I'm doing much better now. For over a year now, I wanted to do something for mental health, but I wasn't sure what to do." Ira further recalled her personal struggle with the disease and shared a video. "I have decided to take you on a journey - my journey - and see what happens. Hopefully, we will get to know ourselves and get mentally Will understand the disease a little better. I have thought of many things to say. What should I say? Why am I doing this? " She said in the viral video.
