A complaint has been filed against AAP MLA and vice chairman of Delhi Jal Board, Dinesh Mohaniya for allegedly slapping a 60 year old man for failing to recognize him. The incident took place in Tughlakabad locality where Mohaniya had gone for a visit on Friday.

A case under sections 323 punishment for voluntarily causing hurt and 341 punishment for wrongful restraint of IPC has been registered at Govindpuri police station.

According to sources, AAP workers from the party also attacked the old man identified as Rakesh.

An investigation is underway on the matter. However, no arrests have been made so far.
