In fact, in view of pollution in Delhi, construction and demolition works have been banned.
Environment Minister Gopal Rai stopped the ongoing construction work in the BJP's under-construction office on the orders of CAQM. He also imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh. Gopal Rai had come to conduct a surprise inspection. During this time Rai has taken this action. Before the raid by Environment Minister Gopal Rai, the construction site gate had 'Bharatiya Janata Party Auditorium' written on it. After the raid, the under-construction office has been covered in a hurry.
In fact, in view of pollution in Delhi, the restrictions of the third phase of GRAPE have been implemented on the order of CQAM. In view of the increasing pollution, construction and demolition works have been banned. As many as 586 teams have been formed to monitor the construction works. Not only this, water is being sprayed through 521 water springing machines, 233 anti-smog guns, and 150 mobile anti-smog guns.
