New Delhi (India), April 21: Abdul Salam, President of the social media wing of the NSUI Tamil Nadu, was awarded the prize for the Best State Functionaries.

National Students' Union of India (NSUI) celebrated its 53rd foundation day at Sathyamoorthy Bhavan, Chennai Congress Committee office.

NSUI Tamilnadu is celebrating the 53rd anniversary of the founding of the Indian National Students' Congress by former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi.
 
Tamil Nadu Congress Committee president K S Alagiri presided over the meeting and advised the office bearers of the NSUI Tamilnadu Members to take the NSUI organisation forward.

Subsequently, TNCC President Alagiri presented a “Nehru history” book to the best functionaries of the NSUI Tamil Nadu. In it, NSUI TamilNadu  social media cell president Abdul Salam was given the best management.
