We saw in the prior episode that Kairav unintentionally revealed the truth regarding Akshara and Dr. Kunal's agreement prior to Abhimanyu's surgery. In the meantime, Akshara visits the Birla residence to confront Abhimanyu about his lack of faith in her. Abhimanyu will be enraged with Akshara in the newest episode on Monday for breaking into his home and refusing to answer his questions.

While remaining silent, Akshara withholds the truth. When Abhimanyu starts requesting that she leave his home, Suhasini finally shows up to confront him. Suhasini admits that Akshara left Abhimanyu as a result of a deal she struck with Dr. Kunal during his surgery. She reveals to him that she performed a song for Maya while concealing her identity so that Dr. Kunal could carry out the procedure. She continues by saying that Akshara gave up her dreams because Dr. Kunal wouldn't have assisted Abhimanyu if she hadn't agreed to his terms. Suhasini takes Akshara and makes plans to permanently leave the Birla household after disclosing the real causes of Akshara's absence, but Abhimanyu stops them.
