Before the third phase of voting, audio about Mamta Banerjee's nephew Abhishek Banerjee has gone viral. In this viral audio, Abhishek Banerjee is talking about getting 35 crores.

In this audio, the TMC government of the state and Abhishek Banerjee, nephew of CM Mamata Banerjee, have serious charges against them. The audio is reportedly talking about cut money and the syndicate racket. On the audio, it is being claimed that in the tape, a conversation is being held between a person named Ganesh Bagadia and a government official close to the coal smuggling accused Anoop Manjhi. Syndicate games are being talked about in audio, one person explaining to another.
