Kolkata: Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's nephew Abhishek Banerjee will visit Tripura today. He himself tweeted about the same. Let me tell all of you that in the past, three young TMC leaders, Debangshu Bhattacharya, Sudeep Raha, and Jaya Dutta, had gone to Tripura for party work. In the meantime, they were stopped on the way and attacked. In fact, the young leaders have alleged that their cars were stopped and attacked on Ambasa Road. At the same time, he has also alleged that after Agartala, shots were fired in Dharmanagar and a TMC office was ransacked. In fact, Abhishek Banerjee was recently shown black flags and during that time he alleged that a BJP worker had attacked his car with a bamboo stick.

Abhishek then visited Agartala. On the other hand, the allegations are being denied by the BJP. In fact, Bengal BJP President Dilip Ghosh said, "TMC believes in politics of violence. Why would anyone want to hurt TMC leaders in Tripura? Where do they make no sense? It's a play to focus on the media.'' On the other hand, Tripura BJP leader Nabendu Bhattacharya told a news channel, "One can come to Tripura and see how the government is performing. The BJP was not involved in any attack."

Now, after the BJP's statement, Abhishek Banerjee has responded and wrote, "Tripura BJP goons have shown their true color. The barbaric attack on TAC activists reveals "goons reign" in Tripura in Biplab Deb's government. It is your pauses and attacks that prove your inhumanity. Whatever you can do, the Trinamool will not move even an inch.''

At the same time, in another tweet, he wrote, "Tomorrow I am coming to Tripura to stand with every Trinamool worker who was brutally attacked by BJP goons today. It is my promise that I will continue to fight till the last drop of my blood. Stop me if you can!''
