Photography isn’t just a word that describes running around with a camera. It is an art that requires passion and a lot of hard work. Capturing a still portrait or the unpredictable wildlife takes a lot of patience. One branch of photography that has emerged to provide a lot of employment over the years is the Wedding photography. And one very passionate photographer who has been exploring this very field for the past ten years is Mr. Taher Husain.
Taher began his journey by following his hobby and eventually turned it into his profession. He has a keen eye for natural beauty and simplicity. It did not come easy for Taher. He has worked hard, upgraded his skill set with every passing year and establishing himself in the market as a very reliable photographer with ethical business sense. To get an in-depth understanding of the field he was about to explore professionally, Taher pursued multiple courses offered about the subject. He received his Diploma in film making and animation in 2009 and his ATD (Art Teacher Diploma ) from School of Art in 2010. He further received formal training through an International Diploma in Advanced Photography from FAD and studied a Digital Photography course at Fergusson College. Later on in 2011, Taher was certified by the prestigious Cavendish College in London.
He was a quality student who started getting professional assignments while he was still at school. Today, Taher is the founder and director of the well-known “Amour Affairs” an Intimate Wedding Photography company amongst his many other ventures. The company has the clientele coming back for more, all because of its client satisfaction, creativity and absolute dedication that is offered here. Amour Affairs was born just as Taher finished his certification course. He invested all of his learning and hard work to develop the company and build it up to the high standing it has achieved today. Among the first clients that the company shot was an Architect, who being from the creative field himself threw a challenge at the team to take a non- traditional route. This off-beat approach of capturing a wedding turned out to be a learning curve as well as a lot of fun for the Amour Affairs team.
The results of the shoot encouraged Taher to explore Candid Photography as a medium of shooting. This particular field was not much heard of when Amour Affairs set their foundations in the market. The whole experience that started off being over-whelming turned into their speciality very soon. Ever since Taher set out with Amour Affairs, there has been no looking back. He is a very gifted artist who freezes his client’s memories in a beautiful way. The way he handles his shoots and his team is proof enough to understand that his sole passion is photography and he captures true emotions intensively. This is his forte.
