Monday; Emraan Hashmi,the Bollywood charm’s son Ayaan was battled with cancer and releasing a book on it, and  the father Hashmi has often supported those who are wrestling with the pain and illness.

According to the sources said, “he has donated money to an NGO and he even visited a suburban cancer hospital to meet a fan”

Source added that, “The fan who is a teenager, was under treatment there and had expressed his desire to meet the actor. His wish came true when the hospital authorities co-ordianted with Emraan's team and the actor came to visit him. Emraan reportedly also carried a gift and a box of chocolates for the boy. Spending substantial time with his fan and his family, Emraan also promised them that he will take them all for the premiere of his next movie.”
