New Delhi: Bollywood actor Jitendra Shastri, who was called Jeetu Shastri by all, passed away on Saturday (October 15). Actor Manoj Bajpayee is deeply saddened by the demise of his dear friend and actor Jitendra Shastri. Jitendra Shastri's friend and actor Sanjay Mishra had expressed grief while giving information about his death on social media. Although the reason for Jitendra Shastri's death is not known, his departure has dealt a big blow to the entire film industry.

Manoj Bajpayee has written an emotional post on Twitter remembering his friend Jitendra Shastri. He tweeted and wrote, 'Very sad to hear about the passing of my senior and Jeetu Shastri, my senior and early days Struggle partner in Mumbai. He was a very good actor and a perfect human being. Rest in peace, my brother. This material world did not understand what to do with a divine soul like you. Heart broken. om Shanti.'

Let us inform you that actor Jitendra Shastri was famous not only on the film screen but also in the theater world. He learned the nuances of acting from the National School of Drama (NSD). Jitendra Shastri had proved his acting iron in many films like 'Lajja', 'Daur', 'Charas', and 'Black Friday'. He was especially praised for the film 'India's Most Wanted' released in the year 2019. In this film, he played the role of an informer sitting in Nepal, who helps in the capture of a notorious terrorist. Apart from this, he had also acted in the Mirzapur web series.
