Bollywood actor Sonu Sood is in discussions these days. They are accused of making illegal structural changes in the residential building at Juhu, allegedly without permission. He has now approached the Bombay High Court against the notice issued by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Sonu Sood is said to have been asked by lawyer D.P. A petition was filed in the court last week through Singh.

The plea says, "they have not carried out any ' illegal or unauthorized construction ' in the six-story Shaksagar building. Now a one-man bench of Bombay High Court Judge Prithviraj Chavan is going to hear his plea on Monday. In fact, the petition seeks to revoke the notice of the BMC. Sonu Sood's lawyer said, "The petitioner (Sood) has not made any change in the building for which the permission of the BMC is required. Only those changes have been made which are allowed under the Maharashtra Regional and Urban Planning (MRTP) Act.''

Further, the petition also seeks to revoke the notice issued by the BMC in October last year. The plea has also been requested to provide interim relief from any punitive action against the actor in the case.
