Now recently, a case related to her has come to light in the meantime, according to which, she was signed a land dispute of five acres of her land in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. In fact, the deal was made one crore five lakh rupees per acre, however, now Jaya Bachchan has been accused of reneging on the contract to sell it. Yes and this allegation has been made by Anuj Daga, son of former BJP MLA from Bhopal Jitendra Daga, after filing a suit in the court. The court has accepted the case and fixed a separate date of hearing on April 30, according to which Jaya Bachchan will have to appear in the court on that day.
Jaya Bachchan had bought 5 acres of land in Bhopal's Sevnia Gaur about 12 years ago. Daga's lawyer Inosh George Carlo says that Jaya Bachchan had made Rajesh Hrishikesh Yadav official to sell this land and a number of one crore rupees was deposited in Jaya Bachchan's account as earnest money but only after selling the land. Within 6 days, Jaya Bachchan returned that money to Anuj Daga's account on 25 March. According to Daga's lawyer Inosh George Carlo, "After making an offer under the Indian Contract Act, when it is accepted and the concession is paid, the contract is considered complete. The contract between my party and Jaya Bachchan was executed through contract conduct and digitally and under this contract, as per the consent, one crore was paid to the bank account. After taking the payment, this agreement was broken by asking for more money. Which is an injustice to my party. Yes, and such information is also coming out that in the name of Jaya Bachchan, patwari halqa number 40 of Sewariya Gond tehsil of Bopal is 2. 0.24 hectares of land.
The victim said that the deal to sell the five-acre land was made on March 19. After the deal was finalised, Jaya Bachchan was given 20 per cent of the total amount as an advance according to the deal and the contract was made to give the remaining money in three months, but now Jaya Bachchan is refusing to sell the land and wants to cancel this agreement.
