'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' actress and actor Nupur Joshi believes that on the auspicious occasion of Anant Chaturdashi, devotees are blessed, and Bappa removes all difficulties with him.

Anant Chaturdashi is one of the unique celebrations in Mumbai, she claims. It is the day when all of the followers greet and bid Bappa farewell while urging him to return soon. There are no words to adequately describe the vibe and energy among the devotees. My parents previously told me a fascinating tale about the origins of the Ganesh visarjan legend. On the final day of the festival, also known as Anant Chaturdashi, it is believed that Lord Ganesha goes back to Mount Kailash to join his parents, Lord Shiva, and Goddess Parvati. The occasion serves as a reminder of the importance of the cycle of birth, life, and death. Obstacles are removed in worship of Ganesha, who is also referred to as the lord of new beginnings. It is thought that when the Ganesha idol is removed for immersion, the house's various obstacles go with it, and both the idol and the obstacles are destroyed.

Nupur, who has appeared in shows like "Rakhi" and "Do Hanson Ka Jodaa," among others, talks about her first-time Ganesh Chaturthi celebration.

"It was the first time I brought a Ganpati idol home," she continues. Moreover, the experience was very happy. It was, in my opinion, an emotional mix. I've always wanted to invite Bappa to my house, but before I did, I wanted to do my research and get ready for his arrival and carrying out each ritual. Three years ago, I had the urge to learn how to make ukadiche modak, and that was the beginning of everything. I interpret it as Bappa getting me ready for his visit to my house. Finally, this year marked the first time I had ever installed a Ganpati idol at home, and I was overwhelmed by his arrival, the preparations, the friends who visited me, the delicious Prasad, and the 1.5 days of utter bliss! It was as though I had brought home my own child. May this excitement grow and strengthen year after year.

Additionally, Nupur performed in the Bollywood film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
