On its Instagram account today, Colors TV posted a fresh promo for Khatron Ke Khiladi 12. We see Rajiv lying inside a box at the beginning of this promo, and numerous eerie cockroaches are crawling all over him. As Rajiv describes how cockroaches were getting into his pants, he can be seen to be uncomfortable. As Rajiv and Kanika Mann prepare to start the stunt, Rohit Shetty's phone rings and it's Pratik Sehajpal on the other end. Rajiv is then teased by Rohit, who also makes Pratik's joke while purposefully delaying Rajiv's stunt. As Rajiv asks Rohit to start the stunt, Rohit keeps talking on the phone, and the other competitors can be seen laughing.
