Even though we taste different types of dishes. But eating the lemon rice is just another fun. So today we are going to tell you how to make Lemon Rice.

Ingredients:

Boiled rice - 4 cups, peanuts - 25 grams, curry leaves - 15 to 20, red chillies - 3 dried, turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon, lemon juice - 4 teaspoons, gram dal-1 spoon. mustard seed -3 to 4 piece, asafoetida - a pinch, salt - according to flavor, oil - 2 tablespoons

Method:

1- To make lemon rice, first pour some oil in a pan and heat it. Now add mustard seeds and gram dal to tempering it.

2- When mustard seed and gram dal become golden, then mix two or three happy red chillies, turmeric powder, curry leaves and asafoetida and mix them well.

3- Now put rice in it and keep cooking slowly.

4- Now when the rice becomes light yellow in the end, mix the peanuts in it. Now add lemon juice and mix the rice well. Your lemon rice is ready. Serve it hot.
