The Origin
Adel Singh’s involvement with the operations of the business started as early as his school days. His father Col. P.S. Bhinder (Retd.) started the group back in 2004 and as the clients grew in number, Adel took it upon himself to share the load. Formal Induction
Adel officially joined the business as Managing Director in 2014 and was responsible for the business development of the Security Services Division. Having proved his ability by getting some major clients, he became the CEO in 2017 and included manpower operations and toll management services as his new responsibilities. He was now in charge of developing the business prospects, maintaining relationships with the investors and business expansion. His plans for the company include countrywide expansion of operations. He wants to transform the company from just being functional to being a leader in innovation. Integration of technology for its operations is integral to his dream of global expansion.
