After the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, there is a debate in Bollywood about nepotism. These days there are many stars who are making new revelations. Most of the celebs are seen getting angry at nepotism. Meanwhile,  Adhyayan Suman has also made many revelations.

Hel says, 'There is groupism in the industry, not nepotism'. The study claimed that 14 films have been taken from him till now. He says that 'these things have been going on since the beginning but nobody paid any attention'. Apart from the study, many other celebs have also made shocking revelations. At present, in a conversation with a website, the Adhyayan said, 'Power dynamics and groupism are there in the industry since years. It happened with me too. My 14 films were shelved and the box-office collection of my films were projected wrongly. People haven’t paid attention to this earlier. It’s very unfortunate that we required a Sushant Singh Rajput to commit suicide for people to realise. ''

He further said, "Camps in Bollywood prevent talented actors from moving forward. People keep their eyes closed. Now everyone is against nepotism and talking about it. I would just like to say that do not fight against nepotism but yes, fight against the factionalism, camps and production houses in the industry that do not allows talented stars to take their place."
