Adipurush, starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, is set to hit theaters on June 16. at honor of Lord Hanuman, director Om Raut recently ordered the film's producers to keep a seat empty at every theater. Lord Hanuman is said to be present whenever the Ramayana is said, read, or shown.
Devdatta Nage will play Bajrang (Hanuman) in the film, who has a close relationship with Lord Ram and plays an important role in his war against Lankesh to rescue the kidnapped Janaki. Om Raut requested producer Bhushan Kumar and distributors to preserve one reserve seat for Lord Hanuman in every Adipurush show worldwide during the final trailer launching on Tuesday in Tirupati. Bhushan Kumar easily agreed to book a seat for all Adipurush shows.
T-Series, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles, and Pramod and Vamsi of UV Creations produce Adipurush. Sunny Singh portrays Lakshmana, and Saif Ali Khan portrays Lankesh in the film. Vatsal Sheth will also appear as Indrajit. More fantastic effects were seen in the new teaser as Raghava attacked Lanka with the help of Lakshmana, Bajrang, and Vanar Sena. Prabhas prayed at the Sri Venkateswara Swami Temple in Tirumala, Tirupati district, before the film's release. Kriti has also been to a few temples in preparation for the film's release.
