It was recently revealed that Prabhas will appear in a film as Lord Ram, whose name is Adipurush. During an interview, SS Rajamouli said that he knows the story of the film and said that this is the perfect time for the film. Because recently Bhoomipujan was also done for Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. He also said that Prabhas would be the right person to play the character of Lord Rama.

Media reports quoted SS Rajamouli as saying, "I saw the first-look of the film long ago and I believe that Prabhas fits the role of Lord Rama perfectly. It is a better time for him to play this character. We saw the entire nation with the mantra of Lord Rama during Bhoomi Pujan in Ayodhya the week before. I think the country will enjoy playing Prabhas in the role. I have heard about the film and I think it will be great".

Bollywood director Om Raut is promoting the film, and it is expected that Prabhas will be seen playing the role of Lord Ram. The official story of the film could not be confirmed. Meanwhile, Prabhas will next appear in a film directed by Radha Krishnan. He is expected to join the film set in the second week of September along with Pooja Hegde.
