On Sunday the first teaser of one of the most awaited movies of the year, South Star Prabhas starring Adipurush was released but it was welcomed with more negative views than positive views as some people are very disappointed with Saif Ali Khan being caste as Ravana and some are very disappointed with the VFX of the film. Various Hindu group organization also express their dissatisfaction from the movie. Some of them also shows their dissatisfaction from the dialogue of the film.

In the recent interview, The dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir  opens about this criticism and said, “Jo log boycott karte hai, unke apne sach hai, unke apni vishwas hai. Unke mat ka bhi samman hona chahiye. Aisa nahi hai ki boycott yun hi kiya jata hai. Koi naraazgi hai. Filmmaker ko use sunna chahiye, jaise ki hum sunrahe hai. Hum sab sun rahe hai.  Humne toh Bhagwan Ram ki stooti mein, unki prashansa mein film banayi hai, iske bawajood bhi hum sab sunrahe hai... aap bataiyein ki hum kya kya kare film me, apko kaha kami lagrahi hai?"

He further added, “Hum arrogant hoke, hum Ravan ki tarah ahankari hoke film nahi bana sakte. Lekin yeh jo boycott huwe hai unki kahani alag hai. Humari film ke sath mujhe boycott ka koi bhay nahi hai kyunki mai janta hu jitne log Bhagwan Sri Ram pe vishwas rakte hai, woh sab humari film ko apne haath pe rakhke hume support karenge.” He concluded it,  "Main mrityun varan karna behtar samajhta hu, bajaiye iske ki mai aisi galti karu."

Adipurush is a multilingual saga based on an Indian Hindu mythological epic, Ramayana. Adipurush cast includes Kriti Sanon, Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh in the lead role. Prabhas plays the Hindu god Lord Ram and Saif Ali Khan will play Lankesh. ‘Adipurush’ is set to hit theatres on January 12, 2023.
