Mumbai: Shiv Sena leader and former Maharashtra minister Aditya Thackeray on Friday made a claim. "The new government led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde in the state is unconstitutional and it has been born out of 'satanic ambitions'," he said in the claim. During his visit, he visited Vaijapur, Khultabad and Ellora. Meanwhile, Aaditya Thackeray said, "This government formed due to satanic ambition is unconstitutional and illegal. It's a temporary government and it will fall."
He also claimed that the conspiracy for the rebellion started around the festival of Diwali last year when the then Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray was recovering after undergoing surgery. He also claimed that "what these people (Shinde Khema) have done is against humanity. When their leader (Uddhav) fell ill after being infected with coronavirus, they (rebel MLAs) went to Surat in June."
He further said that the decision of the new government to stop the process of renaming Aurangabad as Sambhajinagar and then re-issue it (adding Chhatrapati with the name) was childish. He said that the renaming of the airport here is hanging in the balance. Apart from him, former Shiv Sena Lok Sabha member Chandrakant Khaire said, "The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) used Shinde because it was finding it difficult to remove the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government." Apart from him, MLA Udaysinh Rajput said that the 'Thackeray brand' is always enough to win elections.
