Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been taught to use the ‘chillam’ by Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath. On Sunday, Akhilesh Yadav, while responding to a query on degrading comments which were used by political leaders during the election rallies, had alleged that PM Modi has also been taught, how to use the 'chillam' by UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

“UP CM Yogi Adityanath aur unke kuchh adhikariyo ne Pradhan Mantri ji ko bhi chillam sikha diya….Jo log humein keh rahe hain tonti-tonti, vahi hain chillam wale,” said Akhilesh Yadav.

"It is of grave concern to BJP that UP CM and his officers have taught Prime Minister Modi how to have 'chillam' (pipe). I don't know whether they smoke 'chillum' or not. But those people who mocked us by saying 'tonti-tonti' (tap) are the ones who are the 'chillam' people," he said during an event organised by Janwadi Party.
