Mumbai: Advocate General of Maharashtra Ashutosh Kumbakoni has reached the Raj Bhavan in Mumbai. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari has called him to take instructions. The Advocate General reached the Raj Bhavan immediately after the BJP leader came out of the Raj Bhavan after meeting the Governor. A high official said that the "Advocate General may instruct the Governor regarding the legal and constitutional options. The Advocate General can also advise on the constitution of a permanent government in the state under constitutional provisions."

The Governor will consult with the Advocate General of Maharashtra Ashutosh Kumbakoni on the ongoing political crisis.
