Srinagar: It has been two months since Article 370 was removed from Jammu and Kashmir, but discussion on this issue is going on continuously. Harish Salve, the senior advocate of India who fought the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav in the international court, has now given his response to Section 370. Harish Salve says that 370 was a mistake, which was necessary to get rid of. He said that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, not only the Kashmir here but PoK is also a part of India.

Talking to the media, Harish Salve said that Maharaja Hari Singh had talked with India about the whole of Jammu and Kashmir, including Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), which is an integral part of India. On Section 370, Harish Salve said that I have been raising voice against this for a very long time, it was a big lapse. He said that it was the right decision to remove it in one stroke, now if the matter is in the Supreme Court, then only the court will decide.
