New Delhi: The country has not forgotten that heartbreaking incident of November 12, 2022 in Delhi, nor will it ever be able to forget it. When the Delhi Police arrested Aftab Poonawala, the accused and live-in partner who cut Shraddha Walker into 35 pieces in South's Mehrauli area. Aftab killed Shraddha by strangling her and then cut the dead body into 35 pieces and kept it in the fridge for several days. He slowly started throwing these pieces in the forests. Now on the same charge, charges have been framed against Aftab, who is in jail, on Tuesday.

Shraddha's father asked for the daughter's remains for the last rites: -

Let us tell you that earlier the charges were to be framed against Aftab on April 29, but later it was postponed by Additional Sessions Judge Vishal Pahuja, as the judge concerned was on leave that day. The court adjourned the hearing till May 9 on the plea of Shraddha's father Vikas Walker. At the same time, the victim's father Vikas Walker had also requested the court to hand over the remains of his daughter to him for the last rites. According to media reports, accused Aftab Poonawalla has been charged by the Saket court under IPC 302 (murder) and 201 (destroying evidence). The court said that considering the evidence presented by the Delhi Police, prima facie a case is made out against Aftab under these allegations.

Aftab Poonawala retracted from his statement:-

At the same time, now Aftab Poonawala, who cut Shraddha into 35 pieces, has retracted his statement and has refused to accept all these allegations leveled against him. He says that he will fight the case. Keep in mind that when the police got Aftab's narco and polygraph test done, then the accused had confessed to killing and dismembering Shraddha. On the other hand, the victim's father Vikas had said during the hearing of the case in March that it would be one year since his daughter's death in May and till now his daughter has not got justice. He also said that Aftab should be hanged.

Aftab did not regret killing Shraddha:-

According to Dainik Jagran's report, a police officer had informed that during interrogation, Aftab has said that even if he is hanged on the charge of murdering Shraddha, he will not regret because there will be hoorays in heaven. Along with this, Aftab had also revealed that he had relations with more than 20 Hindu girls during his relationship with Shraddha. According to the report, the police officer had told that Aftab revealed that he used to specifically search for Hindu girls on the 'Bumble' app, and made them his victims. Shameless Aftab told that, after killing Shraddha, he had brought a psychologist to his room, she was also a Hindu. He made this Hindu girl his victim by gifting her a ring of reverence, Along with this, he has also made many other Hindu girls victims in this way. Aftab has no regret for killing Shraddha. He does not have any regret for throwing Shraddha's dead body into pieces.

Who gave Aftab the knowledge of Jannat and Huron?

However, a big question arises from this statement of Aftab that, what were his good deeds, that he is keeping the hope of Jannat? Could he get heaven only by trapping Hindu girls and making relations with them? Who would have given him the knowledge that after ensnaring Hindu girls, playing with their emotions and bodies, and even killing them, he can get Jannat, the heaven, and the God sitting there will give him hoorays to enjoy? Because, we have heard such things till date only from the dreaded terrorists of terrorist organizations like Jaish, or Lashkar, who explode by tying a bomb on their chest among innocents for Jannat and Hoor. Action should also be taken against those who poison the youth in this way, otherwise, these malefactors will continue to play with the bodies and lives of innocent girls like this.
