Police initiated their action with immediate effect as soon as the complaint was lodged. Now a notice has been issued against the actor asking him to appear before it in 15 days. Sub Inspector Lalan Mishra, who is investigating the case, said that Surinder Singh had lodged a complaint in the case last week. On the basis of the same, a notice has also been issued to Rajpal Yadav and he has been asked to reply within 15 days.
