According to a report that surfaced, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has taken this decision because of rent and maintenance and while speaking to a website in this matter, Bhansali said, 'It is not understood how to produce Gangubai? Its set has been made in Film City and it will start raining in June. Talk about further shooting of Kangana's film Thalaivi was also going on, but it is closed since lockdown.
