Srinagar: Earthquake tremors felt in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. The earthquake has a magnitude of 3.9 on the Richter scale. Giving information, the state Disaster Management Department said that the tremors were felt at 8.15 am. The department says that the epicenter of the earthquake was located 14 kilometers north of Srinagar and seven kilometers south-east of Ganderbal.
