After humans, now Corona wreaks havoc on economy, prices of Rajma increased

Beijing: Everyone is troubled by the increasing corona cancer day by day, while the Corono virus which has already killed thousands of people in China, now the market is beginning to be affected. The price of Rajma has risen by 30-35 per cent due to the stoppage of the supply of Chinese beans in the local market for one month. Only the goods already in stock are being sold in the market. According to traders, 80 per cent supply of Rajma in the market depends on China. Apart from this, there is a supply of Rajma from Turkey, but this year, imports have been reduced due to poor crop there. In China, the case of coronavirus was not revealed, in the retail market, Chinese beans were being sold at Rs 100 per kg. Now its prices have increased to Rs 130-140. Similarly, the price of Rs 90 per kg has increased from Rs 115 to Rs 120 in the wholesale market.

According to the information received, the Rajma of Bhadarwah and Doda is getting 150-160 rupees per kg in the retail market. In the market, customers are getting Rajma of China only from old stock. Due to Coronavirus, there has not been a new supply of Rajma from China in the last one month. It has been learned that the wholesale traders say that if the fear of coronavirus remains the same for the next few months, then the prices of Rajma in the local market will start touching the sky.

It is also said that on the demand of customers, the beans of China are being made available in stock. In the market where local beans are available only up to 20 percent, while a large part is imported from China.
