Salman Khan’s Sultan first heard to be clashed with SRK’s Raees on Eid but now it is Spielberg’s The BFG. Interestingly; they BFG team also take a step back and opt for a different release date. This despite having a scheduled release date of July 1, five days before Sultan does.

The unknown sources say it’s because “Nobody wants to take a panga with Salman”.

As per the sources said,“Shah Rukh Khan was determined to share the Eid release date with Salman, but finally opted out of the clash. It would seem that even someone of Spielberg’s stature would have to wait his turn, than take a chance against Salman’s Sultan, head-on”
