The incidents of death increasing day by day across the country have caused great problems for the people. Many times, the cause of these deaths is not just accident or any crime, but also due to drug addiction, the death toll is increasing rapidly throughout the country, and today among these figures we are going to tell you that drug addiction So far, there has been an estimated number of people.

11.80 lakhs will be benefited from NAPDDR: A senior official has said that NMBA is going to be further strengthened. It is continuing to operate under the National Action Plan for Drug Demand Reduction (NAPDDR). In which 13,000 young volunteers in 272 districts are being trained to work with the community against the problems related to drug consumption. About 11.80 lakh people will benefit from NAPDDR in FY 2021-22.

Employment After Rehabilitation Necessary: Experts say that the government should work on long-term treatment and rehabilitation after de-addiction to deal with the issues of drug consumption. Loon Gangte, regional coordinator for South Asia at the International Treatment Preparedness Commission, said that there should be employment opportunities after rehabilitation. It is very important to ascertain what will happen after rehabilitation.

After rehabilitation, 90 percent of people start getting intoxicated: It has been found out that rehabilitation is the easiest way and it is seen that after this 80-90 percent of the people get drunk again. And many times, due to this addiction, they also fall victim to death. Therefore, it is very important to prepare a plan for post-rehabilitation.
