Raipur: A shocking incident has come from Chhattisgarh. A man from Raipur was killed by his third wife. The woman is the third wife of the deceased. He was in love with the fourth and was about to marry her, angered by this, the wife killed him. The case pertains to the Urala police station area of Raipur.  

Police had received a tip-off that Umesh Kumar Dhrurve was lying dead in the house in a suspicious condition near Sarora Basti Ekta Chowk. Investigation revealed that there were marks of beak on the body of the deceased. The police questioned the landlord and other persons. Police said Umesh Dhurve's father Chain Singh Dhurve, aged 30, a native of Dindori, Madhya Pradesh, lived in a rented house with his wife Ingleshwari. The two often fought.

The accused, Engleshwari, told interrogators that her husband Umesh was having an affair with another woman. She used to stop the husband from calling the woman, with whom the two used to quarrel. On the night of April 17, there was a dispute between the two over the same issue. Due to this, Engleshwari in a fit of rage attacked her husband with a stone, due to which Umesh died on the spot. After interrogation, the police arrested Engleshwari Dhrure. An offence under Section 302 of the IPC has been registered against her at the Urala police station. According to the police, the deceased had married two other women before marrying Engleshwari. As a third wife, he was married to Engleshwari and Engleshwari says he was having an affair with another woman. The case is being investigated by the police.
