In the latest episode of Malayalam's well-known serial Agnisakshi, Dayanand and Shobha blame Sanidhi for Pramila's condition. When they blame Sanidhi for attempting to murder Pramela, she flares them off and suspects his role in the incident. More recently, they take Pramila to a nearby hospital for medical help. Sannidhi, Shaurya, and Akhil agree when the doctor tells him about his critical condition.

Further, Shaurya asks Sannidhi if he knows Pramila to be consuming poisonous food. She suspects Sannidhi's role in the incident. Sannidhi defends herself and shares her suspicions on Shobha and Dayanand as they first tried to kill Pramila. Akhil returns Sannidhi while Sananidhi and others await updates about Pramila's health, informing the doctor that she has given her best and she is stable.

Meanwhile, the police learn about the incident through Shobha and start an investigation. On the other hand, Akhil, knowing that the police are searching for Sananidhi and his family, suggests Sananidhi leave the hospital immediately and hide somewhere. When Sanidhi insists that she stay back in the hospital, Shaurya accompanies Akhil in advising her to meet the lawyer immediately.
