New Delhi: Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has on Saturday targeted the opposition for once again criticizing the agriculture law. During this, he said, 'It seems that those who are opposing this law are not collecting information about it.' Along with this, he also said, 'Modi government is committed to the welfare of farmers. We are ready to amend, but do not call it flawed, because no one is in a position to give a positive answer to what is lacking in this law.'

In the conversation with farmers agitating against the agricultural law, Union Minister Tomar has led the government. You must have known that for more than three months, farmers have been sitting on the borders of Delhi with their demands. On Saturday, these farmers closed a major road near the capital to mark 100 days of the agitation. During this, he said, ''It makes it very sad that every time the Leader of the Opposition is talking only on the protests of the farmers. They do not discuss the shortcomings of the farmers' law, which the farmers are opposing.''

Apart from this, he said, 'Everyone is free to do politics in a democracy, but should it be done with the interest of farmers and the economy of the country at stake.' At the same time, Tomar also said, 'Whenever a change is brought, it is difficult to implement it. Some people oppose it, some even make fun of it. But if the intention and intention behind the change is right, then people accept it.'
